Scope

These terms apply to purchases and downloads offered through https://all-about.love under the brand All About Love. The seller is Ava's Frequency, Hans-Narchwitza-Straße 88, 14806 Bad Belzig, Germany. By completing a checkout you agree to these terms.

Products

Digital products are delivered by email after payment via the personal download link provided in your order confirmation.

Handcrafted physical products are dispatched from Germany to the address you provide at checkout within the European Union. Availability and stock are shown on the product page; some pieces are available on request only.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR. For physical products, shipping within the EU is included in the price. Paid orders are processed securely by Stripe.

Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right expires when delivery begins only if you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledge that this causes the withdrawal right to expire, and receive confirmation from us.

Our checkout requires this separate, unticked consent before digital content is supplied immediately. Your consent and acknowledgement are recorded with the order and confirmed in the order email together with the download delivery.

Refund requests: contact us at sessions@avasfrequency.com with your order details. We review each case individually.

Digital product license and intellectual property

All content on this website and all products (including text, audio, images, videos and files) remain the property of Ava's Frequency or its respective licensors.

When you purchase or receive a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may make reasonable backup copies solely for your own personal use.

You may not share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, make publicly accessible or upload the digital product to social media, video platforms, file-sharing services or similar public platforms. Any broader use requires our prior written permission.

No guaranteed outcomes

Transmissions, healings and energetic offerings are given with care, but no particular outcome is guaranteed. You take full responsibility for any sensations or effects during and after the offerings you purchase, as confirmed at checkout.
